ELLIS N. WASHINGTON, BROKER

 

Mr. Ellis Washington is currently the Broker for Cal/Tex Realty in San Antonio Texas.  He has held a Texas Broker's License since May, 2007.  He became a Real Estate Agent in Oakland, California in September, 1990.  He became a Real Estate Broker, March 1995 and continued to practice real estate there, three years after he moved to San Antonio, TX in 2005.

Ellis graduated from Washington High School in Los Angeles and went immediately in the United States Army. Education was still important to him, so he took advantage of the military’s Tuition Assistance Program and attended college at night after his duties.

He spent a total of eight years in the military in various locations in and outside of the United States. He ended his military career in Germany as a sergeant and returned to the United States to begin his career as an Insurance and securities sales professional.

After many successful years in this field, Ellis began the career that he felt he belonged, helping families realize their dream of home ownership in the field of Real Estate.

Ellis has been a Real Estate Agent/Broker for more than 23 years. He is and/or was a member of the following associations:

He has  managed six Experienced Agents, both in California and Texas.

He moved his family to San Antonio, Texas in 2005 which is now his permanent residence.  He gave up his Real Estate License in California March, 2011, to pursue a full-time Real Estate Career here in Texas.

Ellis also has years of experience finding, analyzing and closing transactions involving residential income properties, ranging from Single Family Residences to 50+units.

Ellis and his wife, Savannah understand the needs and desires of Real Estate Investors, because they are Investors themselves, purchasing multiple properties in the State of Louisiana and Texas.
