In today's market place it is unusual to receive the degree of service that you provided. Most agents want you to sign on the dotted line today and loose sight of the fact that the home buyer's interest comes before theirs.
When we moved to San Antonio you folks were the only ones willing to help us fine a home to rent, other agents that we contacted were not very co-operative and did not seem to care that all we wanted to do at the time was rent.
